RULES OF THE COMPETITION "1 PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINT PER MONTH"

ARTICLE 1 - GAME ORGANIZER
This competition, entitled "1 Photographic Print per Month" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"), is organized by Martin Colognoli, trading as Madame Water (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), whose registered office is located at [Organizer's Address]. The Contest takes place on the website www.martincolognoli.com and at exhibitions organized by Madame Water.

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION OF THE GAME
The Game will take place every month. The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the Game in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, without incurring any liability.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Game is open to any individual aged 18 or over residing in metropolitan France, excluding members of the Organizer's team, its service providers, and their family members. Only one entry per person (same name, same email address) is permitted. Participation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in the Game, simply:

You can scan the QR code available at Madame Water exhibitions or access the dedicated page directly on www.martincolognoli.com.

To fill out the online form with a valid email address.

To validate the registration.

An optional field allows you to subscribe to Madame Water's newsletter. Once the form is submitted, your entry is automatically registered for the monthly prize draw. Any incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent registration will be cancelled.

ARTICLE 5 – WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE
Each month, a draw will be held to select one winner from among the registered participants. The winner will receive a 30 x 20 cm photographic print, selected by the Organizer, valued at €30 (including VAT). The winner will be notified by email at the address provided during registration. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be offered again.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent value.

ARTICLE 6 – REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES
Participation is free. However, internet connection fees may be reimbursed upon written request to the Organizer's address, limited to one reimbursement per household and based on a flat rate of €0.21. All requests must include bank account details (RIB) and the participant's full contact information. Postage for the reimbursement request will be reimbursed at the current standard rate for a 20g letter.

ARTICLE 7 – ADVERTISING AND PERSONAL DATA
Participants agree that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes by Madame Water, without compensation. The personal data collected is necessary for the administration of the Game. It will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by sending a written request to the Organizer.

ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules. In the event of a dispute, the Organizer's decision will be final and without appeal. The Game is subject to current French law.
